What is your success criteria?

Have you sat down recently and genuinely gone through the effort of writing it down? It can be an effervescent experience, realising that some successful things you’ve been working for are actually for someone else. Look at my car, it means I’m successful, be envious. The fat man in the red BMW convertible (stolen from Tim Ferriss 4 hour work week), might have that swanky car, is he fulfilled and happy?

What even makes you happy these days?

Find some time this week, and discover your true success criterias. Suddenly your approach to your work might be a lot different than you expected.
