Maybe the Real Leadership Is This

Maybe real leadership isn’t about certainty.

Maybe it’s about courage.

The courage to keep moving.
The courage to admit you don’t have the full map.
The courage to grow out loud.

You can be at the top of your game and still not fully know what’s next.

And that’s OK.

Because growth isn’t linear.
It’s layered.

And sometimes the next level isn’t clarity.

It’s humility.

That might be the most freeing leadership lesson I’ve heard in a long time.
